We are temporarily experiencing troubles with heat packs that we are including to orders with mantid nymphs - our supplier is out of stock for long time and it seems that they will not be available soon enough.
So we are going to switch to another supplier, but as always it needs some time to sort all things out.
In the best case we will get some during this week (12-14. April), but here is also a chance that it will be delayed for another week, so shipping of nymphs will be restored on 27. April the latest.
Orders with Stick Insects, Cockroaches, feeders and equipment are not affected and will be shipped as usual. Mantids are much more sensitive too low temperatures that we have at nights right now and this is very probable that they will not survive transition time.
We are really sorry for any inconveniences caused, but this is 100% well-meaning measure aimed at providing best experience for you and at protecting purchased animals health.
